What is Customer Obsessed?

Customer Obsessed is a bi-weekly podcast that aims to get at the heart of Customer Experience. Each episode highlights innovative companies and entrepreneurs and also takes shots at poor customer experiences to provide a real canvas we can use to evaluate how customer experiences are crucial to brand viability. The examples and stories told in Customer Obsessed range from the truly inspiring to the truly ridiculous, allowing listeners to measure their own experiences and gauge how to improve their customer relationships.

Eric Berridge, Former CEO of Bluewolf, a 20-year Salesforce partner and globally recognized CRM consultancy.

Eric has published two books, including Customer Obsessed, which takes a “whole company approach” to delivering exceptional customer experiences. He has worked with thousands of global companies and business leaders to use technology to create the cultural imperatives he believes necessary to deliver 21st-century customer experiences. Eric is a passionate entrepreneur, TED Speaker, and advisor to hyper-growth entrepreneurs that use customer experience as a strategic differentiator. Eric received his BA in Shakespearean Literature from UC Berkeley and his MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from NYU.

Erin Acevedo, budding entrepreneur and master of communication.

Erin has spent her early career years using language and speech to build innovative marketing and customer experiences. Erin is the Co-founder of two west coast companies: Sky Watcher, a stargazing tour company in Joshua Tree, California, and Nanny’s Pantry, a southern-style bakery, both in their early stages and both using innovative marketing and engagement techniques to drive customer experience. Erin received her BA in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her MA in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University.
